Your privacy matters. This policy explains what LoggL collects, how we use it, and your choices.
What We Collect
- Profile information: Username, display name, bio, avatar, creator type, and email address.
- User-generated content: Posts, videos, thumbnails, comments, and community activity.
- Performance data: View counts, engagement metrics, algorithm transparency data, and estimated revenue.
- Payment information: Stripe account details for payouts (processed securely by Stripe).
- Subscription data: Apple In-App Purchase receipts and subscription status (processed by RevenueCat and Apple).
Children's Privacy (Under 13)
LoggL is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. Registration requires users to confirm they are at least 13 and provide a date of birth. Accounts belonging to users under 13 will be terminated. Contact support@loggl.app if you believe a child under 13 has created an account.
How We Use Your Data
- Provide and improve the LoggL platform and creator tools.
- Display your content to your audience and in discovery feeds.
- Process payouts and subscriptions.
- Analyze platform performance and provide algorithm transparency insights.
- Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support.
Third-Party Services
- Stripe: Payment processing and creator payouts.
- RevenueCat & Apple / Google: Subscription management and in-app purchases.
- OpenAI: AI creator tools (hooks, captions, highlights). Titles, descriptions, and transcripts may be sent for analysis — not video files.
- Supabase: Authentication, database, and media storage.
AI Tool Consent
When you use AI creator tools, your video metadata may be sent to OpenAI for analysis. By using these tools you consent to this sharing. We do not send video files — only text metadata.
Data Retention & Deletion
- Content and profile data are retained while your account is active.
- You can delete posts, comments, and communities at any time in the app.
- Full account deletion: in the app (Profile → Account settings → Delete account) or see Account deletion. Email support@loggl.app for help. We delete data within 30 days except where required by law.
Your Rights
- Access: Request a copy of your data.
- Correction: Update your profile at any time.
- Deletion: Request account and data deletion.
- Revoke consent: Stop using AI tools to revoke OpenAI data sharing.
