Delete your LoggL account

LoggL lets you delete your account and associated personal data directly in the app, or by contacting us. This page explains both options.
Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open LoggL and sign in.
- Go to your Profile tab.
- Open Account settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Deletion is permanent. Your profile, posts, comments, likes, bookmarks, messages, and other account-linked data will be removed from our systems.
Request deletion by email
Email support@loggl.app from the address linked to your LoggL account. Include the subject line Account deletion request.
We will verify your identity and complete deletion within 30 days.
What we delete
- Account profile (username, bio, avatar, settings)
- Posts, comments, likes, bookmarks, and communities you created
- Direct messages and notifications tied to your account
- Subscription and in-app purchase metadata linked to your profile
What may be retained
We may retain limited records where required by law (for example fraud prevention, tax, or legal obligations). Backup copies are purged on our normal retention schedule.
